18 hour basmati rice, sautéed in our BLAZING HOT WOK (for that smoky Wok-Hay we all love) with Happy Chick Farm's pastured eggs, fresh organic carrots,  green peas, charred cabbage, onions,  GF tamari, and our own Sichuan style hot oil made with non-gmo  certified rice bran oil.  It's the cleanest fried rice around. Seriously.

Add diced Tecumseh Farm's chicken for $2


Fall Pappardelle    14

 sautéed  organic arugula & baby spinach,  charred grape tomatoes and baby bellas  tossed with pappardelle,  white wine, fresh herbs, butter, garlic,  shaved  parmesan and freshly cracked pepper  

Served with a seasonal side salad.

Add a hearty portion of our herb marinated grilled chicken breast for $5.

like gnocchi, but instead of potatoes, we use a lovely blend of our house made ricotta,  mozzarella,  and aged Grana Padana parmesan. 5 thick planks pan- seared  til golden brown and kissed with crispness. served with a lovely maple-roasted butternut cream, wilted greens, and fresh sage

ThunderHeart Bison short ribs braised with bacon, smoked coffee, and a hint of molasses.  served with pan jus atop smashed potatoes along side our veggie of the day. topped with GF fried shallots

 our version of the classic regional sauce made with local love.  features Loncito's Peaceful Pork,  Peeler Farm's beef, freshly grated parmesan,  and grilled rosemary ciabatta.
